As an Actress, Yogini and Hypnobirthing practitioner I believe passionately that the Breath and Mind/Body connection are key to being a fulfilled and happy human being.
Through Yoga and hypnotherapy I have found a place (or space) of calm, connection, peace and strength. A place where the body can be free and the mind still; and I am SO excited to be able to share this little space of magic, a moment of rest, ‘una pause’ from the everyday grind with you.
By breathing and moving (being) consciously we are better able to connect with ourselves and others. Through this connection I believe we can lead happier and more fulfilled days, open to the adventure of life with its twists, turns, ups and downs ‘for we know what we are but not what we may be’ (Hamlet) as after all ‘no one is you and that is your super power’.
As a busy working Mum I also believe passionately in self care and self love – all my classes and one to ones are based around the Yogic ethics of Ahimsa (respect for all living things/non violence) and Satya (the Sanskrit word for truth – truthfulness and authenticity to oneself and others).
